Processing Time
Most DTF orders ship same day or next business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (Arizona time) will typically ship the next business day.
Large or bulk orders may require additional production time (we’ll notify you if so).
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.

UPS Ground
USPS Mail
You can select your preferred shipping option at checkout.
All packages include tracking numbers and are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
Local Pickup (Phoenix, AZ)
Local customers are welcome to pick up orders in person at

We’re right next to Safeway— with easy parking and walk-ins welcome.
Pickup Hours:
Monday–Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM
Saturday: 10 AM – 3 PM
You’ll receive an email or text notification once your order is ready for pickup.
Please bring your order confirmation or ID at pickup.
Nationwide Shipping
We ship fast to all 50 U.S. states.
DTF Online uses priority handling to make sure your transfers arrive quickly, no matter where you are.
Estimated delivery times:
UPS Ground: 1–5 business days (depending on location)
USPS Mail: 2–4 business days
Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
Once your order leaves our facility, it’s in the hands of the carrier.
DTF Online is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or damaged packages caused by UPS or USPS.
If you experience any issues:
Check your tracking number for updates.
Contact the carrier directly with your tracking info.
Notify us at dtfonline@gmail.com — we’ll do our best to assist in locating or replacing your order when possible.
Wrong or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We cannot be responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned to us, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
Order Tracking
You can track your order anytime using the link in your confirmation email.
If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please check with your local post office or UPS store before contacting us.
