Our Services

We specialize in Direct-to-Film (DTF), custom printing, and related products. All designs, gang sheets, and printed items are produced on demand according to your submitted artwork or specifications.

Because each order is custom-made, once production begins, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded except in cases of verified print or production error.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to make purchases through our website.

Artwork & File Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing high-quality artwork files. We are not responsible for issues caused by low-resolution, misaligned, or incorrectly formatted artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted file types include PNG, PDF, and TIFF (300 DPI, transparent background).

By uploading artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to use, print, and reproduce that artwork. DTF Online assumes no liability for copyright or trademark infringement from customer-submitted designs.

Production & Turnaround

Standard production time is the same day or next business day, depending on order volume and time of submission. Large or bulk orders may require additional time.

Shipping & Local Pickup

We offer nationwide shipping via UPS and USPS, and local pickup at:
420 E Bell Rd, Suite 7, Phoenix, AZ 85022

Once your order is handed to the carrier, DTF Online is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or damaged packages. Please contact the carrier directly with tracking information for updates.

Local pickup orders will be held for 7 days after completion unless otherwise arranged. If not picked up, you will be charged for shipping the item.

Returns & Reprints

All sales are final.
Reprints are available only for orders that arrive damaged, misprinted, or incorrect due to our error.

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue for review. If approved, a replacement will be reprinted and shipped at no charge.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
We accept major credit cards and online payment methods through secure checkout.

Promotions, sales, and discount codes cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, product images, text, and layouts — is the property of DTF Online and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

DTF Online is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.

Our liability, in any case, will not exceed the total amount paid for your order.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in Maricopa County, AZ.
