Bleed/Stroke: Add 0.03–0.06 in bleed; minimum line weight 0.4 mm; minimum text height 2.5–3 mm for legibility

How to Apply 

Prep the surface: Clean with isopropyl alcohol; dry completely.

Burnish: With the decal face down, squeegee the back so the design bonds to the transfer liner.

Peel liner: Slowly peel the backing, leaving the graphic on the clear carrier.

Position & apply: Place on surface; burnish firmly from center out to remove air.

Lift carrier: Peel the carrier off at a sharp angle.

Cure time: Let adhesive set 12–24 hours before heavy handling; 72 hours before washing.

Care & Limitations

Hand-wash only (mild soap, cool water). Avoid soaking and harsh scrub pads.

Dishwasher not recommended. High-heat cycles can shorten life.

Not for fabrics/garments. For apparel, order Hot-Peel DTF Transfers.

Avoid application to unsealed silicone, powder-coated cups with texture, or very porous/soft-touch coatings.

Yes—on smooth, non-porous, lightly curved surfaces. Burnish firmly and allow full cure.

Are they waterproof and sun-safe?
Yes—UV-cured inks + permanent adhesive are water-resistant and UV-resistant just like our stickers. Hand-washing only prolongs the life of the decal.

Can you color-match Pantone?
We provide close matches; share your Pantone C/UP number and we’ll proof.

Do you laminate UV DTF?
The clear carrier acts like a built-in gloss layer; an optional overlaminate available on large/abrasion-prone installs.
